Our Team

Michael co-founded Rising Point Capital in 2019. Prior to founding, he served as a Managing Director and Co-Leader of the Business Services Group, as well as a member of the Operating and Investment Committees at Sterling Partners. Previously, he was an Associate within the Consumer Products and Services Group at GTCR and an Investment Banking Associate at Allen & Company.

Michael began his career at Salomon Smith Barney within the Financial Institutions and Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Michael holds an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Justin co-founded Rising Point Capital in 2019. Prior to founding, he served as a Principal in the Business Services Group at Sterling Partners. Justin began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst with a focus in Financial Technology at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Justin holds an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he was an Evans Scholar.

Marc joined Rising Point Capital in 2023. Prior to joining, he served as CEO and President of the Menper Group, where he led the growth and exit of a family and founder-owned business. Previously, Marc was a Vice President at RiverGlade Capital and was a key contributor to launching the firm. Marc also served as an Associate at Sterling Partners, specializing in Business and Healthcare Services, and began his career at the Menper Group.

Marc holds a BA in Public Policy from Duke University.

Natalie joined Rising Point Capital in 2024. Prior to joining, she served as a Principal at RiverGlade Capital, a firm specializing in Healthcare Services. As the first employee at RiverGlade, Natalie was involved in all aspects of launching the firm. Previously, Natalie worked as an Associate at Sterling Partners, focusing on Business Services. Natalie began her career as an Investment Banking Analyst in Business and Industrial Services at Lincoln International.

Natalie holds an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Economics from Duke University.

Eric joined Rising Point Capital in 2026. Prior to joining, he served as a senior finance and accounting professional at GTCR for 8 years, most recently as a Finance Director and Fund Controller. Eric began his career at Ernst & Young in their Assurance practice performing audit services for banking, capital market, and wealth & asset management clients.

Eric is a CPA and graduated with highest honors from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earning a BS in accountancy.

Kevin joined Rising Point Capital in 2021. Prior to joining, he served as a Derivatives Trader at Valkyrie Trading, where he specialized in making markets in US Treasury Options. Kevin began his career as an Associate Natural Gas Scheduler at Tallgrass Energy. Kevin is currently an MBA candidate at NYU Stern School of Business. He holds a BS in Finance and Accounting from the University of Kansas.

Collin joined Rising Point Capital in 2023. Prior to joining, he served as an Investment Banking Analyst with a focus on Business Services at Solomon Partners. Collin began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Industrials Group at DC Advisory.

Collin holds a BS in Finance from Indiana University.
